Note :
- If a candidate has done post graduation and/or PhD then the period of post graduation and full time PhD of that candidate will not count towards experience.
- If the candidate has work experience while doing part-time PhD, that period can be considered as experience.
- As a proof of Work Experience, the candidate has to submit supporting evidence like Experience Certificate. Experience cannot be counted from the date of obtaining educational qualification due to lack of proof.
- Candidates resident of Surat city will be given priority.
- A candidate may be allowed to complete his incomplete full-time course after appointment.

Instruction
- As per the above advertisement, temporary service will be taken for temporary/11 month contract basis, the final approval of which will be given by M.Kulpatishree.
- The candidate has to attach a true copy of the proof of qualification, experience, age, driving license and other additional qualifications required for the posts concerned.
- An additional document with candidate’s signature may be included in the application form to provide additional information.
- Candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC Handicapped) have to bring the certificate of competent official authority at the time of skill test.
- If there is a change in the correspondence address, phone number in the application form filled by the candidate, it should be reported in writing to the General Secretary, V2 Narmad South Gujarat University, Udhana-Magadalla Road, Surat – 395 007.
- Application form with incomplete details will not be accepted.
- The candidate has to fill the application form after checking the required eligibility criteria and getting complete information. Any inquiry regarding eligibility will not be entertained.
- The candidate will have to appear in the skill test at his own expense.
- Notification of date and venue of skill test to candidate 2 by email/S.A.M.S. will be done through
- Direct or indirect interference is subject to disqualification of the candidate.
- Due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, social distancing will be strictly followed at the time of skill test according to the government’s SOP (Guidelines) for Corona.
- The decision to fill any vacancy, to transfer or not to fill any vacancy shall remain the unfettered right of the University.
- Any candidate who gives false information, incomplete information or attempts to conceal information will be disqualified for the post. If such candidate will be dismissed from service.
- Those candidates will be allowed to take up the service subject to the rules of the University.
- Regarding taking service in the above matter, the employee will have to carry out the work according to the instructions of the Head of Department.
- Each Assistant (Male & Female) will have to go to Surat city/Suda area for work purpose for admission, examination, result and all activities of the university.
- Selected Assistant University will have to pay Rs.300/- stamp paper2 (including notary) 52 prescribed agreement.
- The selected Assistant will not be entitled to any increment or allowance other than the fixed wages. Dearness allowance, interim relief and other benefits of Provident Fund or Pay Commission or any other benefits will not be admissible.
- All the information regarding the skill test will be placed on the university website. Do not ask repeatedly by SMS, email or phone. Keep checking the university website.
